In our sessions, we will melt into ourselves slowly, gently and naturally within the true nature of our essence.Experience softening into the edges of your being. Sometimes, obstacles can feel challenging and impossible to breakthrough. Instead of forcing ourselves past our breaking point, we use our emotions as a portal into softening the experience.

Each session takes 90 minutes and will include Parts Work, Archetype Play and Embodied Bliss Activation Techniques to anchor in your breakthroughs in an integrated, aligned approach.
